Classification & end-use
Engagements involving controlled capabilities follow a defined screening process: the requirement is scoped, the end user is identified and verified, end-user certificates are obtained and checked, and the export-licensing requirements of the equipment's country of origin are confirmed. Restricted items are held until that chain completes for the destination market, and delivery is documented against the certified end use.

Delivered capability is supported in-region (training, spares, maintenance and lifecycle management), so sovereign operation continues long after handover.
