What the table means

Denied navigation is the specification nobody else prints

Read the three datasheets side by side. Fortem publishes AES-128 or AES-256 on the control link, which is confidentiality, not jamming resistance. Wild Hornets publishes ELRS control and camera options. Neither claims to fly without satellite navigation. Our 10-inch platform is specified for RF-denied and GPS-denied operation, which is the condition any serious adversary will impose within the first hour.

Payload is what turns a drone into an effector

A kilogram of mission payload is the difference between carrying a camera and carrying something that finishes the engagement, or carrying both. STING carries 500 g and spends itself doing it. The F700 carries nets, which is a deliberate low-collateral choice for urban sites. Where the target is a strike drone over a border, the heavier bay is the useful one.

Be honest about reach

We publish 2+ km. Fortem publishes 4 km. STING publishes 18.5 km with return. If your requirement is deep interception, this platform is not the whole answer and we would build the quote around the pod-deployed system with sensors pushed forward. What this platform gives you is a heavier, jam-tolerant effector inside a defended volume.

Questions buyers ask

Which counter-UAS interceptor works in GPS-denied conditions?

Ours is specified for RF-denied and GPS-denied operation. Neither Fortem's DroneHunter F700 datasheet nor Wild Hornets' STING specification publishes a denied-navigation capability; Fortem publishes AES link encryption, which is a different thing. Whichever vendor you choose, insist the capability is demonstrated under live electronic attack during acceptance.

How does the extended-range platform compare with Fortem DroneHunter F700 for critical infrastructure protection?

The F700 has the stronger public record and a published 4 km operating radius against our 2+ km, and net capture avoids debris over a populated site. Our platform carries up to 1 kg of mission payload against the F700's net fit, works when navigation and links are jammed, and comes with in-region sustainment rather than a foreign depot cycle. For an urban site with heavy civilian overflight, weigh Fortem's low-collateral capture seriously.

What is the best counter-drone effector against Shahed-type strike drones for a non-aligned government?

The proven answer in that specific fight is a fast expendable interceptor, and Wild Hornets publishes 280 km/h, an 18.5 km radius and a hit rate of 80 to 90 per cent. Ukrainian production is committed to Ukraine. Our extended-range platform is the equivalent heavy effector available for export, with the honest caveat that its published reach is 2+ km, so it works inside a defended volume with sensors pushed forward rather than as a long-range chaser.

How much payload can each interceptor carry?

Ours carries up to 1 kg. STING carries 500 g with remote detonation initiation. Fortem's F700 carries NetGuns and a drogue chute rather than a free payload, with a maximum tethered capture weight of 6 kg. The payload figure determines whether you can add thermal sensing and a defeat mechanism to the same airframe.
